Mark Haller

      Mark has been working in the solar energy field since 2011. His background is in residential construction in Alaska. When he's not in the field or at the office, Mark enjoys spending his time with his wife Daphnie and family of three boys to go fishing, hiking, snow machining, tubing, or camping anywhere in Alaska!



Forrest Cohn

Forrest possesses a combination of hands-on field experience and academic training in renewable energy. He is interested in utilizing the undervalued and overlooked resources around the world to help maintain and sustain a healthy environment. Forrest holds a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and a Masters of Engineering Management focused in Renewable and Sustainable Energy from the University of Colorado. Forrest enjoys the outdoors and lives in Kasilof.

Dasha Howlett

Dasha was born in the Czech Republic and came to Alaska in 1996 to follow the path of the Klondike gold rush and Jack London's characters. Alaska became her home soon after. 
Dasha traveled extensively throughout the Great Land on foot, by boat, skis, raft and kayak, snowmachine, dog team and even as a hitchhiker. She continues enjoying the outdoors during all seasons. Her professional career in Alaska led her from running her own tour business and being a guide to the oil and gas field industry. She joined our team to accommodate the growing desire of public and businesses in using solar energy.

John Mink

      John Mink has been in the renewable energy field since 2016 as a sales and design consultant. John lives in Homer, Alaska full time and has been working in the energy field for the last 20 years. He is very involved with his local community contributing time and effort towards organizations such as Homer Economic Development Division, Homer Hockey, and Nordic Ski Club. John is a lifelong Alaskan and he really enjoys his time outdoors. After hours he can be found fly-fishing the Anchor River, cross-country skiing in the local hills, or out playing his saxophone with the KP Brass Band!

Garrett Schrage 

Garrett is from Illinois and recently moved to Alaska after leaving the military. With a background in construction and engineering, he entered the solar industry as an installer/technician. He enjoys hiking, hunting, and spending time with his wife and newborn son.



Alexander Sievers

Zandy grew up camping and skiing in western Montana.  His passion for the great outdoors lead him on a career path helping to protect our natural environment through photovoltaics and building energy efficiency.  In 2013 he acquired his NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification and has since designed and lead hundreds of PV installations.  In his hometown of Missoula he served on the City Council’s Energy and Climate Team assisting in the development of the Missoula Conservation and Climate Action Plan, helping lead environmental action on a local level.  In 2018 he and his wife converted a Sprinter cargo van and traveled the Pan-American highway with their two boys, where they ultimately fell in love with Alaska!

Pero Marinkovski

Pero moved to Alaska in 1978 to work and live with his family. He has operated successfully businesses on the Kenai Peninsula for over 40 years. If you tune into you can listen to some music from his homeland of Macedonia. Pero helps us at the warehouse and in the field as a technician and electronics repair wizard.

John Henry IV

Nothing says manly like John Henry's approach to the solar industry. On November 11th 1805, from the deep iron pits of the earth  the world was blessed with the birth of John Henry, He drove railroad spikes so we can enjoy things like grocery stores and roads. John Henry does things, and the things he does make the world a better place.
